The tour lasted 45 minutes instead of one hour Explanations were not clear low volume, a personal audio guide was preferable The view seen from the river was not interesting I would not recommend this tour

Nothing, we never actually had the boat cruise as we were never met by the guide

The atmosphere, the building itself - built in the fifteenth century - , the visuals in the room .. you feel yourself in that period.. the performance was impressive 👏👏 And the duration of the performance was satisfying..

We spent a pleasant and relaxing hour on the boat, with background music and audio guide in Polish and English. The view of the city is striking. Recommended

We loved the selection of compositions and were dazzled by the virtuoustic playing. A wonderful way to finish our time in Krakow. My friend and I were both very moved. Thank you!

Complete relaxation, peace and quiet, breathtaking views. Exploring the city from the water is something wonderful. Both monuments and wild nature. It's worth going on such a cruise. Very good organization. Experienced Captain with a sense of humor!!! On the ship, you can learn about the history of Warsaw with an audio guide. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart <3 !!!

Cruise was very relaxing I can tell. The whole crew, including the Captain is more than kind. I can recommend everyone visiting Warsaw to try it on their own. You won't be disappointed!

Relaxing and peaceful cruise, wonderful views and friendly service.

After reading quite a few negative comments and seeing low ratings for the Tour, we were a bit reluctant to book. However our experience was very good. The buses were on time ( traffic permitted) , there was sufficient seating space, headphones were in working order and commentary was descriptive. We have done both Red and Blue routes which cover both city center with Old Town as well as many of Warsaw attractions. We started at the stop no 1 and changed buses at Old Town. We would recommend the Bus Tour as great way to experience Warsaw

The stops were announced on the blue line, but unfortunately not on the red line.... Audio quality not good... Crackling..jumps in the text..also difficult that sights were explained that we had already driven past...

Simple two routes. If one times it well- you. An easily cover the entire city & the boat tour in about 3 &1/2 hours and not wait too long. Friendly staff.

We enjoyed the driver very much...very knowledgeable about the area, safe and had a great sense of humor! The bus ran on time and the routes were well planned out and showed many of the most popular and famous areas.

The explanations are not specific and a lot of sites, monuments, buildings are not mentioned during the tour.

We didn't get any help on the bus. Our tickets were not recognized and we were able to make one route thanks to two Line red employees. We were refused the second route by the manager who came to tell us this. He didn't want to help us, just point out that it was our own fault and that we had bought the tickets from a third party. That was very unpleasant.

Audio description did not match the current location. Little to see from the bus. Very long breaks within the tour

This is supposed to be a hop on hop off experience but if there is only one bus that takes 75 minutes to come around to the same stop it is no use to hop off. There are no "booking agents" at the stop so there is practically no visibility for the company around the city.

Not what we expected. We have been on many hop on hop off around the world and have to say this was the most disappointing. There wasn't much for commentary. We past by many interesting buildings that no mention was made and often the timing was not correct for certain commentaries. Wasn't worth what we paid.

There were not enough buses. We found we could only visit one venue per day as there we only 3 buses scheduled. I would not recommended this service at all.

The Red Line driver did not stop at all the stops

With bus every 1.5 hour it's impossible to use it as hop on hop off. It's very hard to align timing

First time on a hop on hop off bus tour, the bus has such an idiotic schedule. I recommend checking the Warsaw bus schedule before buying a ticket.
